I have been a customer of Purifi for over 3 years, and had always appreciated the quality of the air in my home during the use of the system. Food, pet, and new carpet smells were non-existent within a few hours, and the dust in my home was minimal. I neglected to schedule a replacement for the energy core for 9 months, and I was struck by the difference when the system was turned off. The dust once again was accumulating on blinds and surfaces, I would often walk into my house and know immediately what my kids had cooked, and often my house had that "indoor", stale smell. When a new carpet gave off a strong smell for several weeks, I realized I needed to get the system upgraded and working again. I contacted the company and Steve graciously came out and quickly upgraded my system and sensors and helped me use the new app, which is easy and convenient. Within a few hours, my house returned to the clean and odorless condition that it was before. I notice that bacon and other smells are gone within a few hours, and I am once again walking into a fresh and clean smelling house. This energy core replacement was the only maintenance I have had to do in 2 years. It's amazing to think I was living with odors and particulates in the air of my home for so many years, and didn't realize it until Purifi Labs showed me what clear air really was! Everyone from the schedulers to the installers are professional, respectful, knowledgable and efficient. Thanks Purifi!

Easy and quick install, professional service, and extremely knowledgeable technician. We’ve been super pleased since install. We’ve noticed a decrease in cold symptoms which is major when you have kids and very furry animals. Extremely pleased with PuriFi.

PuriFi is wonderful! The people, the experiential place, and most of all, their product. If nothing else, walk into their place and smell the smell of very clean air. It's impressive. We have their air purifier systems in our office, and people comment on how nice and fresh it feels. I highly recommend PuriFi.

My problem was solved in a matter, just a couple minutes and had more to do with Internet and function of the equipment!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PuriFi = Exceptional Service & Game-Changing Technology!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Terri Bowen through the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, and from the start, she was an absolute pro; warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly well-connected in the senior space. She introduced me to a fantastic referral that resulted in a seamless memory care placement, and now Dad is thriving in his new community. Mom and her 2 daughters are beyond happy (and yes, I may have earned some extra brownie points in the process!).

Beyond her expertise, Terri and the entire team at PuriFi bring unmatched energy, kindness, and support to everything they do. PuriFi is unlike anything else on the market—engineered to create cleaner, healthier indoor environments, which is exactly what care homes, senior communities, hospitals, and clinics need. Plus, every install comes with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back—because they believe in their product that much.

If you're in the senior care space (or any space, really) and haven’t had a conversation with Terri and Tony at PuriFi, you’re missing out. These are the kind of people—and solutions—you want in your corner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend!
